| This is a Karate (Shotokan Style) Club; established in St Albans in 1991. It is one of the TISKA clubs (Traditional Shotokan Karate Association), whose Chief Instructor is Gursharan Sahota, 6th Dan. Venues/Times: * Marlborough School - Saturday 9.00am-12.00pm; * Dame Alice Owen School, Potters Bar - Monday 6.30pm * St Albans Girls' School - Thursday 6.15pm-9.15pm.
