| Classes are held at the Cranborne Primary School on Mondays from 7.30pm-8.30pm. Sessions are taught by a qualified fitness instructor and all ages and abilities are welcome. Sessions costs £3.50 and the first lesson is free. Please bring a mat or towel for floor exercises and wear suitable clothing and trainers. | ||
