The Mental Health Service combines health workers and social care staff. They work in partnership with mental health services users, carers, local GPs and voluntary organisations to offer support and advice to people suffering from mental ill health.

The Centres listed below provide a base for mental nursing and social work staff, occupational therapists, phychiatrists and psychotherapists who can asses the needs of clients or arrange for support or treatment. The Drug and Alcohol Service also has teams based at these Centres.
